We are currently looking for an inside relationship representative who is highly motivated, detail oriented and wants to help us make an impact on the world.
As an inside relationship representative, you are a vital part of the team. Directly through your efforts, our account executives will be able to close our newest clients. We are looking to fill this position quickly, so please contact us right away if you think you’re the right fit.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Connecting with new community members and leads at the point of opting in to our community
  • Making outgoing calls to new (warm) leads into the community.
  • Primarily, you’ll be connecting with and determining if a new lead is a prospective client and if so, you’ll be helping them to schedule a discovery session with an Admissions Consultant or choose the right product to help them with their teen
  • Leveraging company created scripts to connect with new community members
  • Making follow up thank you calls to attendees at live events or in audiences where the CEO is speaking at conferences and live events
  • Participating as part of the call campaign team for program launches and live events
  • Returning calls from new community members to help them schedule an appointment with an Admissions Consultant
  • Documenting our customer relationship management system (ActiveCampaign) with the results and tracking each new contact assigned to you
  • Track, manage and report on your leads list
  • Building strong relationships with our cherished community members
  • Assisting in the enrollment center during our live events
  • Basic Requirements:
  • Direct client care experience
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal
  • Strong technical aptitude (computer systems savvy)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Mac platform, and Google Docs/Sheets
  • Able to work extra hours for special projects, launches, and live events

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

This is a hybrid position, so you’ll interact with the team and clients virtually and in-person.   There may be opportunities to be onsite at various live events.

  • As a counselor, you will guide a caseload of 40-60 students through the college planning and application process. You will join a team of intelligent, passionate, caring, relentless professionals who are deeply committed to helping students.  We will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed, including administrative support, billing, a project management platform, and marketing. You will follow our proven model of success, which includes the most current technology tools combined with good old-fashioned client care.  
  • Advise students on their high school academic and extracurricular choices
  • Manage student deadlines throughout the college application process
  • Develop key relationships in your area to generate additional client base
  • Attend professional development events to continuously increase your knowledge of the college planning process
  • Write articles for the College newsletter and blog
  • Represent Compass College Advisory at conferences and community events
  • Visit at least 25 colleges per year

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) 3+ years of experience in college counseling, college admissions or related field

  • Closing new clients via social media platforms
  • This is a part-time role that reports directly to the CEO. This is a remote, work-from-home position.
  • This position will always require flexibility including working some occasional evenings and weekends, if we are running an online or live event that sometimes falls outside of standard working hours.
  • The Inside Sales Representative is the sales superstar responsible for all personal, high touch communication with applicants, leads and engaged prospects through social media selling.
  • We’ll send you qualified leads, you will connect with them on social media and help them make the decision to enroll in our program. You will also do outbound outreach to our potential customers – our engaged social media followers or FB group members.
  • You’ll be helping our potential clients choose to enroll in a program and describe the proven results it provides. Selling is simple when you are enrolling people into a program that genuinely helps people. All you have to do is have genuine, supportive conversations and close the sale in an authentic way.

Here’s what you need to have/be to excel in this position:

  • You are the ruler of the Direct Messages – sending voice and text messages and closing the sale through social connection.
  • You’re the type of person that just can’t stop talking about the new product/program/etc. and explain to others why they need to buy it, all the things you love about it, and answer all their questions so they can see how much the service will benefit them.
  • You know that selling is serving – especially when you’re enrolling people into a program that will change their entire life. The thrill of selling gets you jumping out of bed in the morning! And you don’t mind answering those DMs on nights and weekends to close the sale!

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

The primary objective of the project manager is to efficiently and effectively manage concurrent projects ensuring that all deliverables are met and tasks stay within scope, within budget and on time.  You’ll be spearheading each project and managing up, down and across the team to ensure that everything needed is received to successfully implement the project plan that you create.

The Project Manager must thoroughly understand all aspects of launching products, services and live events, as well as managing affiliates and joint venture partners in the education industry.  The PM will manage teams of various sizes and track progress towards stated project goals.

  • Lead weekly team meetings
  • Delegate and assign tasks to team members based on skillsets required for project
  • Coordinate tasks and follow up to ensure completion within the time frame specified
  • Promptly respond to questions from team members related to the launch of project
  • Develop affiliate and joint venture relationships to expand launch awareness
  • Test QA deliverables created by the team (opt in, sales pages, email sequences, etc.)
  • Collect, analyze and report project metrics
  • Coordinate with Social Media Manager for Ad KPIs
  • Coordinate with team to plan, manage and release the launch of videos
  • Establish and document new procedures to support team in becoming more productive and efficient
  • Identify podcasts and influencers for CEO to partner with to expand her platform
