Our 1:1 services give your teen the confidence and college guidance they do not get at school and help you regain your peace of mind. A dedicated College Planning Coach works with your sophomore to develop self-awareness, explore their interests, plan for testing.

The Roadmap

These family deep-dives are "done-with-you" sessions to cover the essential milestones for your teen’s success in being on track towards college. For families with 9th or 10th graders, these three sessions cover establishing application portfolio, course planning, summer programs and testing.

Know where your Teen Stands

This 90-minute comprehensive assessment gives your family clarity and a strategic roadmap for admissions and scholarships success. Includes

  • A game-changing personality report outlining your teen’s strengths and interests with a list of potential majors and careers.
  • Access to our exclusive College Knowledge software with research and organization tools.

You will leave the session with a better understanding of your teen’s admission profile and the admissions process, plus concrete, customized suggestions to guide next steps.

Parents for College and Scholarship Success Community ​

(8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th)

This online, parent-only community includes monthly training from Dr. Pamela Ellis and members of the Compass team, plus access to all the tools, checklists and resources to get your teen ready for college. The action plans you get each month would show you where to focus your efforts and provide the right level of support and hand-holding to move forward on the roadmap to success.
